A service charge of 15% of the total will be charged and additional tipping is unnecessary, unless you wish. Sales tax is 4.75%. Our all inclusive package plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner with complimentary house wines and Budweiser and Coors, complimentary birthday cakes, accommodations, and horseback riding and instruction, wine & cheese rides, white water rafting (extra), fishing & hiking guides, children's counselors for infants and older, wildlife viewing trips (we have one of the largest elk herds in the US), silversmith and landscape drawing classes (you can keep your creations), photography classes with a professional photographer, all activities, pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, basketball courts, mountain bikes, over 1200 popular and classic DVD's and videos for viewing in your room, overnight pack trips including all equipment and five nights of live entertainment. Sunday welcome party with champagne, shrimp & hors d' oeurves. Pets are welcome. We are open, and the temperatures are about the same for all three months. Some advantages of early June: it is less crowded since many schools are not out yet, our horses are fresh, many of our wild flowers are blooming, and our staff can give your more attention. The last week also has some advantages: it is less crowded because may schools have started, it is one of the driest periods of the whole summer, it is a little cooler in the evenings, and some of the aspen are beginning to turn gold and red at the higher elevations. It is a favorite with many former guests. While we are proud of our accommodations, fine meals, a wide variety of activities, and evening entertainment in our beautiful mountain setting, the best aspect of a vacation at our ranch is the enjoyment of all this with a small group of congenial guests and staff.
